My 10 Resolutions for 2014

We’re halfway through January and I’m still working on my New Year’s resolutions. But I know it’s not yet late to initiate a change for the better. The past years went by fast, and somehow I forgot about myself. I forgot to take care of myself. This year I plan to resolve that. My 2014 will be epic!

This 2014 I will:


1. Lose weight.

This is my number one priority for 2014. I’ve been living such a sedentary and gluttonous life for the last 3 years. I just woke up one day to a realization that I weighed a staggering 258 pounds.


2. Travel alone.

I’ve always traveled with my family or friends. This year, I plan to overcome my fear of traveling alone. I will let this resolution be my prize once I finally hit my ideal body weight of 145 pounds. I have a hundred pounds to go, so wish me luck!
